Almost nobody drives it in one push, and nobody should. The standard pattern is two days each way with an overnight in Dades or Ouarzazate, which turns the transfer itself into the best part of the trip: Tizi n Tichka at 7,415 feet, the kasbah at Ait Ben Haddou, the Route of a Thousand Kasbahs, the Todra Gorge. Doing it in one day means seeing none of it through a windshield you are too tired to look through.
